Event: Any program, workshop, seminar, ceremony, or gathering held by the Institute.c. Student: Any individual currently enrolled at the Martin Luther King Vocational Training Institute.
3. Consent and Authorization:a. Implicit Consent: By participating in an event photoshoot, students are deemed to have granted their consent for the usage of their photographs or videos for promotional and educational purposes by the Martin Luther King Vocational Training Institute.
